At House Third Rock, we believe in creating jewelry that’s as unique as you are. To avoid excess inventory and prioritize sustainability, all orders are made just for you. Each piece is crafted with care and may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality or our environmental standards.
Complimentary Delivery
We offer complimentary domestic shipping via USPS Ground, and your order will arrive within 5-7 days once it ships. For faster delivery, we also offer overnight and 2nd day shipping for an additional fee. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we make the return process as easy as possible.
Return Policy: If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply email Support@HouseThirdRock.com, and we’ll send you a pre-paid, insured return label via FedEx.
Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, along with your receipt. Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, we’ll issue a full refund or offer store credit if preferred.
Please note: Custom pieces or sized items cannot be returned.
Return Process: For returns, we require items to be shipped via FedEx to ensure proper tracking and protection. House Third Rock is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of shipment. Once received, we’ll inspect the returned item and confirm if it meets the return policy requirements. You’ll receive an email notification when your return is processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another, simply follow our return process, and if the returned item meets the conditions, we’ll cover the cost of sending out your exchange. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. For items of lesser value, we’ll refund the price difference.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and all merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Personalized or sized items cannot be exchanged.
